Travel-Expense Reimbursements for DIC Officers

The DIC shall reimburse the travel and related expenses of officers to attend the DIC Executive Committee and ACS National Meetings as indicated below.

  • Chair                                                   up to $1.5K/meeting
  • Chair-Elect                                         up to $750/meeting
  • Past-Chair                                          up to $750/meeting
  • Program Chairs                                 up to $1.5K/meeting
  • Treasurer                                           up to $1.5K/meeting
  • Secretary                                           up to $1.5K/meeting
  • Membership Committee Chair        up to $750/meeting
  • DIC Award Co-Chairs                        up to $750/meeting
  • Sub-Division Chairs                          up to $750/meeting

At the conclusion of each national meeting, the treasurer will request receipts for reimbursements up to the values listed. Officers in attendance should provide receipts as a single pdf and preferred method of payment at that time
