Postdoctoral Position at University of New Hampshire

A Postdoctoral position is available in Prof. Christine Caputo’s laboratory in the Department of Chemistry at the University of New Hampshire, Durham NH, USA.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry (or anticipate completing a Ph.D. prior to start date), have a strong publication record, a strong background in the synthesis and handling of air-sensitive compounds (using both glovebox and Schlenk techniques) and have experience with standard spectroscopic techniques including IR, UV-Vis, multinuclear NMR, GC and MS spectroscopies.Candidates who have experience carrying out solar fuel related catalysis (photochemistry and/or Candidates who have experience carrying out solar fuel related catalysis (photochemistry and/or electrochemistry) are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous teaching and mentoring experience will be advantageous.

The position is available beginning in late August 2016.
